Jason Bolding as CEO of Gallagher Securities, the company announced in a statement on LinkedIn. He succeeds outgoing CEO William Dubinsky, who will move into the role of Chairman of Gallagher Re unit.
Bolding has worked for Gallagher Securities since 2022, holding the role of Global Head of Sales & Distribution. In his new role, Dubinsky will concentrate on enhancing the ILS product suite and driving strategic growth aligned with our broader vision.
Prior to Gallagher Securities, Bolding served in other key securities-related roles at Credit Suisse and Aon Benfield Securities.
