Veteran insurance executive Jacky Chan has announced on LinkedIn he has commenced a new role as Interim Distribution Leader for Asia at Liberty Mutual Insurance, effective September 2023.
Chan previously served as Head of Distribution at Liberty International Insurance, during which he managed the P&L of both the Property & Casualty and Accident & Health portfolios.
Chan’s insurance experience is extensive. He joined Liberty International in January 2019 and prior to that he accumulated six years of experience at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, including as Head of Sales for North Asia Corporate Solutions. His time in the industry also includes stints at Asia Capital Re in both Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as Aon-COFCO in Shanghai, and Aon in Hong Kong.
