Cigna Healthcare Hong Kong has appointed Jay Chan as head of distribution for individual business, the insurer announced on Monday.
Chan joins after more than four years at Bupa, where he most recently headed business development for individual sales. He brings 15 years of experience across individual health insurance and broker distribution to his new role.
The move sees Chan rejoin Cigna, where he previously held the role of associate director, individual products business development distribution, from February 2018 to August 2022.
Cigna Hong Kong has made several additions to its team in recent months. In September, Stephenie Tong returned as manager, business development, after three years at Lockton. The insurer also hired Luke Linssner as manager, client management, in August.
