Cigna Healthcare has appointed Stephenie Tong as manager, business development for Hong Kong, the insurer said in a LinkedIn post.
She arrives from Lockton, where she spent three years as an assistant vice president in Hong Kong. Before joining the broker in January 2023, she was a client account manager at AXA – Global Healthcare.
The move takes Tong back to Cigna, where she worked as a client manager for nearly four years, until April 2019.
“Stephenie joins our Group Clients team, bringing years of experience in client management and employee benefits,” Cigna said. “Throughout her career, she has supported businesses across a range of client servicing and relationship management roles within the health and wellness sector.”
Cigna has been building out its Hong Kong team throughout the year. It hired Luke Linssner as manager, client management in August, and named Michael Khan chief executive of the Hong Kong business earlier in 2026.
