Lockton has welcomed Jamie He as SVP for the transaction liability Asia-Pacific team, with a focus on North Asia, the broker announced in a LinkedIn post on Monday.
He brings more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity across a wide range of sectors in Asia-Pacific, with extensive cross-border M&A and joint venture experience from her time in private practice in the Hong Kong and Singapore offices of leading global law firms. She has previously held leadership roles at The Carlyle Group and Permira.
“With more than six years experience as in-house counsel at leading global private equity firms, Jamie brings a unique perspective on how dealmakers assess and manage transactions and related risks, leverage M&A insurance, and partner with advisors to successfully close deals,” Lockton said.
He’s move follows the appointments of Glenn Preece as Pacific growth leader and Sare Ozkara as head of market strategy, engagement, and portfolio solutions in late March, the most recent personnel movement within the global broker.
