Lockton has appointed Glenn Preece as Pacific Growth Leader and Sare Ozkara as Head of Market Strategy, Engagement, and Portfolio Solutions, as the global broker looks to accelerate its expansion across the Pacific region.

Preece, who joined Lockton Pacific in late 2025, brings close to four decades of experience in insurance, risk management, and strategic business advisory. He has held senior roles across London, Singapore, and Sydney, including Chief Client Officer for Energy in the Pacific and Power Practice Leader for Asia at Marsh.

In his new role, he will lead Lockton Pacific’s growth initiatives, with a focus on complex risk strategies and corporate advisory.

“Glenn’s experience across global markets and his strategic understanding of complex risk make him an exceptional fit for Lockton,” said Marcus Pearson, Chief Executive Officer of Lockton Pacific. “Glenn will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth agenda in the Pacific, and I’m delighted to have him on the leadership team.”

Ozkara, who took up her position on 2 March 2026, joins from senior roles at Vero and Asteron Life, where she led national broker partnerships across general and life insurance lines. Reporting into Preece, she will be responsible for strengthening strategic insurer partnerships, delivering portfolio solutions, and leading the firm’s market intelligence function.

The two appointments follow Lockton’s broader push to build out its leadership bench in the APAC region. So far in 2026, the broker has announced six senior appointments, including Robert Whitworth as senior vice president in its Transaction Liability Asia Pacific practice, named Livy Dai as CEO for China, David Gower as chief client officer for the Pacific region, Isaac Benjamin Fuente as head of aviation, regional transportation for Asia, Renuka Nar as director and head of life and health reinsurance for India, and Alex Tilden as head of major accounts in Australia.

Stay ahead on the region’s key appointments.
