Lockton has promoted Sean Solis to Asia Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, the company announced in a statement.
Solis succeeds Chris Alsleben and has relocated to Singapore for the new role, joining the Asia team from Lockton’s London office, where he served as the Overseas Finance Manager for nearly eight years. During his tenure there, he worked with the overseas finance teams for Lockton International across the MENA, Asia Pacific, and Latin America regions.
In his new role, Solis will lead the Asia Finance team, overseeing financial operations and contributing to the growth and development of the business in the Asia region, Lockton said.

“We are excited to welcome Sean to the Asia region and are confident that his expertise and leadership will greatly contribute to the growth and development of our business,” said Warren Merritt, Asia CEO and Andrew Monkhouse, International CFO, in a joint statement.
“Sean’s appointment marks our commitment to investing in our business and expanding our footprint across Asia,” they added.
Solis has experience in acquisition due diligence, particularly in relation to Lockton’s acquisitions in Colombia and Brazil. He also played a pivotal role in establishing financial operations in Latin America and has extensive experience in acquisition accounting and integration.
“We would also like to thank Chris Alsleben for his contribution in the role of Asia CFO over the last 4 and a half years,” Merritt and Monkhouse said. “Chris will be working with Sean during a handover period. We wish Chris well in his future career.”
