Marsh Hong Kong has hired Ellen Fung as its Strategic Client Director, according to a LinkedIn update by Seth Peller, CEO of Marsh McLennan Hong Kong and Macau, on Friday, 5 September.
Fung is a seasoned insurance professional with more than three decades of experience, having taken up senior roles at major conglomerates. She most recently worked as Executive Director at WTW in Hong Kong, after spending nearly 23 years at Aon.
In her remit as Strategic Client Director at Marsh, Fung is responsible for delivering strategic insights and tailored risk solutions to key clients.
Peller stated in his post, “She will leverage her client-centric approach, strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and ability to engage and empower stakeholders both within the company and at our clients’ organisations to help them thrive and succeed.”
Over the last three months, Marsh saw key personnel changes within its regional operations, including the return of Ben MacCarthy as Insurer Consulting Group (ICG) Leader for Asia and the appointment of Damian Schinck as President of its Pacific business.
