Michele Pignoli has been elevated to Head of Parametric Products & Solutions at Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), effective as of August 1st, the company announced in a statement on LinkedIn.

Pignoli, who is based in Milan, has been with Generali since January 2022, joining initially as Head of Group Insurance, Capital Solutions, before moving into the role of Senior Project Manager for Capital Solutions.

“This appointment underscores GC&C’s commitment to delivering superior parametric solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and partners,” Generali said in its announcement.

Pignoli joined Generali from Allianz Commercial in 2022. Prior he worked at Munich Re for over six years.
