Phil Russell has been appointed AXA XL’s new Environmental Risk Consulting Product Leader for APAC and Europe, the company announced via LinkedIn.
Based in France, Russell joins the global (re)insurer after three years with Environmental Resources Management (ERM), where he served as Global Account Director & AgChem Industry Lead. He brings over two decades of experience, primarily focused on Environment, Health, and Safety across different industries.
Before relocating to France, Russell spent 16 years with Syngenta in Switzerland, having worked in South Africa and the UK prior.
