Price Forbes Singapore announced on Tuesday that it had appointed Cassaundra Tan as Director of Employee Benefits.

Tan joined the broker, which is part of the Ardonagh Group, in September and reports to Phil Johnson, CEO of Asia Pacific (APAC). In her new role, she is responsible for establishing and expanding Price Forbes’s Employee Benefits division in Singapore and across international markets.

“Cassaundra’s appointment reflects our commitment to becoming the pre-eminent specialty broker in Singapore and the region,” said Johnson. “Her expertise in employee benefits, combined with her passion for growth and innovation, will be key to expanding our footprint in this critical market.”

Before joining Price Forbes, Tan was the Regional Head of Employee Benefits at Honan Insurance Group where she managed the employee benefits portfolio, focusing on both domestic and global programs.

Speaking on her new position, Tan said “I’m particularly excited about this opportunity to build and grow the employee benefits division from the ground up. The chance to shape a dynamic team and create innovative solutions aligns perfectly with my passion for driving impactful change.”
