Allianz Commercial has appointed Rosa Ficarra as Head of Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) for the Asia Pacific region, effective 1 March 2025, the business announced in a media release on Monday.
Ficarra has moved to Singapore to take on the role, in which she will oversee new and renewal ART business in Asia and Australia, including pricing, capacity utilisation, and portfolio management, Allianz said.
She has around 10 years of experience in ART solutions and joins from Allianz Commercial in London, where she was Senior Structured Underwriter and Product Leader, overseeing ART transactions such as captive, virtual captive, and parametric solutions.
