AXA XL has hired Shanna Zrini in the role of Underwriting Business Owner for Asia-Pacific and Europe, according to an official announcement on LinkedIn.
She will be based in Amsterdam and focus on enhancing the (re)insurer’s platform within the mid-market segment, collaborating closely with the regional underwriting, mid-market, and project teams, as well as local mid-market underwriters.
Zrini brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously served as a Senior Consultant at FRISS, an insurtech specialising in analytics software for fraud detection, risk management, and compliance. Her background includes significant roles in the insurance sector, with a notable tenure at Aon in Sydney, and over eight years at Marsh in Toronto.
