Registration for the 21st Singapore International Reinsurance Conference (SIRC) has opened ahead of the 2025 event, which takes place from 3-6 November.
The theme of this year’s SIRC is “Staying Ahead, Future Ready,” and organiser the Singapore Reinsurance Association (SRA) says the conference will spotlight the critical role of reinsurance in navigating an increasingly complex geoeconomic landscape. Key topics will include the growing challenges of climate volatility and the rising adoption of alternative risk transfer solutions.
Discussions will also explore how data analytics and artificial intelligence are redefining risk management, as well as how emerging technologies are shaping the future of the industry.
“It’s no longer enough for the industry to simply react — we must proactively shape what lies ahead,” says Kenrick Law, Chair of the SRA. “In an increasingly complex risk landscape, reinsurance must evolve to remain relevant by embracing innovation, investing in talent, and strengthening collaboration across borders.”
This year’s iteration will also feature an invitation-only CEO Roundtable — an exclusive exchange for top executives to align on strategic priorities amid today’s rapidly evolving risk landscape, SRA says.
The event will be held at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore and is expected to attract over 3,000 delegates. Last year’s conference welcomed a record 3,300 delegates from 69 countries and 160 companies, with 88% of attendees being senior executives.
