Steven Chen has rejoined Oliver Wyman as a partner in its insurance and asset management practice, based in Singapore, the company announced on LinkedIn on Tuesday.
Chen returns to the Marsh subsidiary after initially serving as a principal from 2009 to 2021. Prior to his return, he was a partner at Boston Consulting Group for more than five years.
He has more than 20 years of consulting experience across North America and Asia, with deep expertise in growth strategy, innovation propositions, and risk and finance. He has been involved in projects that span health, protection, retirement strategies, large-scale transformation programs, and international expansion initiatives. He is also a fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
Commenting on Chen’s return, the company said: “Steven will further strengthen our ability to help clients navigate an evolving insurance landscape.”
