Aon has announced Tracy Lee Kus will Head its London-based Global Broking Centre (GBC), effective from 1 September 2024. She succeeds Mark Parker, who was serving as interim leader of GBC and is now retiring.
Kus has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including the last 12 with Aon, and has been based in Singapore since 2021.
In March this year, she had taken on additional responsibilities as Head of North Asia, while maintaining her role as Head of Commercial Risk Solutions, Asia Pacific.
In her new role, Kus will report to Aon’s CEO of Commercial Risk, Joe Peiser. She will lead the ongoing evolution of the GBC, focusing on enhancing client relationships and leveraging the business’s risk capital capabilities, Aon said.
Peiser, commented on the appointment, “Tracy-Lee has the leadership skills and global perspective required to increase our Global Broking Centre’s impact with colleagues, clients, and underwriting partners.”
Kus’s professional background includes positions at Novae and AXI, as well as an earlier stint at Aon Risk Solutions. Before her move to the Asia Pacific region, she served as the Head of Financial Lines at Aon in the United Kingdom.
