Global loss adjuster Sedgwick has announced the appointment of Veronica Grigg as its new Chief Executive Officer for Asia. She joins from Crawford and Co, where she was CEO and President for Asia.
The company concurrently announced that Stephen Kerr, who has been acting as the interim CEO, will take on the new role of Chief Operating Officer for Asia, while Simon Kay has been appointed as Director of Executive Services.
Grigg, with over 25 years of experience in the insurance sector, will oversee Sedgwick’s strategic direction and expansion in Asia. “I am honoured to step into the role as the new CEO for Sedgwick in Asia,” Grigg said. “With the region’s growing demand for innovative claims and risk management solutions, Sedgwick is well-positioned to meet and exceed the service expectations of our clients.”

Kerr, who has a 33-year tenure in the claims and loss adjusting industry, has been a part of Sedgwick since 1995. Kay, who has 30-year experience in handling large property losses, will join the executive team in his new role.
