Willis has appointed Ramya Nataraj as FINEX Leader for South India, the WTW business announced on LinkedIn on Friday.
Nataraj brings 18 years of experience in the insurance sector, with a focus on liability and cyber risk solutions, and joins the business after serving at Marsh India for 10 years.
In her new role, Nataraj will oversee Willis’s business growth across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana, while leading expansion into Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Kerala.
“Ramya’s leadership in structuring complex risk solutions, forging strategic partnerships and building high-performing teams will be instrumental as we expand our footprint in India,” Willis said.
In June, the global broker had announced the appointment of Amarpal Singh—who also previously worked at Marsh—as North Leader and Cyber Leader for its FINEX division.
