Willis has appointed Jess Li as director, property & casualty for its Hong Kong and Macau operations, according to Steve Hutchinson, the broker’s HK head of corporate risk & broking, who announced the move on LinkedIn.

Li’s appointment follows her work at Aon, where she was most recently a senior account manager.

Based in Hong Kong, Li joins Willis’ P&C team to drive growth in the segment and support key corporate clients with complex risk solutions. She brings multinational account management experience, having built her career in risk advisory and insurance brokerage across Asia.

Her hiring comes in the same week that Willis announced other leadership moves across its Asia Pacific operations. These include Eden Fletcher, who was named head of financial, professional and executive risks, Pacific, and Stephen Trickey, who was appointed growth lead, Pacific. Meanwhile, Alex Benson was named head of construction and natural resources claims for Asia.
