CTF Life has appointed Carol Mo as Chief Investment and ALM Officer, in an expanded role, according to a LinkedIn announcement on 3 January.
Mo has been with the company since 2022, most recently serving as its Deputy Chief Investment Officer. She brings over 20 years of industry experience, specifically in insurance asset management.
In the expanded remit, Mo will lead the company’s strategic asset allocation framework and direct the alignment of asset-liability management with financial targets. She will also oversee environmental, social and governance investment initiatives, with an emphasis on risk-management integration and capital-efficiency considerations.
Prior to joining CTF Life, Mo has worked at China Life Insurance Management, FTLife Insurance Company and BOC Group Life Assurance Company.
“Carol brings a proven track record in implementing liability-driven investment strategies that deliver strong portfolio performance,” CTF Life said in its announcement.
