Aon has appointed Adam Ross as head of growth for its Thailand operations, effective April 2026, the company announced via LinkedIn.
Ross joins the Bangkok-based leadership team after serving as Aon’s head of growth in Indonesia. “Adam brings a wealth of industry experience to the role and has a strong track record in helping to drive Aon’s commercial strategy and growth in Indonesia,” the global broker said.
The appointment comes amid a broader series of leadership changes for Aon in the Asia-Pacific region. This includes the appointment of Karl Hamann as CEO of Aon Philippines, and the promotion of Alexander Krasavin to Asia-Pacific Regional Managing Director, where he will lead the integration of human capital solutions for multinational clients. Additionally, Alistair Clarke has relocated from the UK to Sydney to take up the role of Head of Specialty in Australia, while Wilber Siu has joined Aon Hong Kong as business development director.
