Helmi Yusoff has been designated as head of emerging markets growth and advisory, Southeast Asia, at Aon Human Capital Solutions, the business announced on LinkedIn late Monday.
Yusoff joins from Mercer, where he most recently served as rewards leader, ASEAN emerging markets.
He brings 15 years of experience in human capital consulting, particularly in designing and implementing solutions across compensation and benefits, performance management, and talent management. He also has a prior stint at Willis Towers Watson.
In his new role, Yusoff will focus on driving market expansion and working with clients to design human capital solutions to support their long-term growth and objectives.
Yusoff’s move follows several Aon appointments announced last week: Nick Fraccalvieri as chief executive officer of global facultative for Aon Re, Joe Peiser as global CEO of risk capital, and Nanthasri Kheankham as a credit solutions executive in Thailand.
