Aon has promoted Edwin Lee to head of growth, commercial risk solutions, Singapore, and Jamine Figueroa to director, sales enablement, Southeast Asia, according to a LinkedIn announcement by Richard Tan, chief commercial officer, Southeast Asia.

Lee has been with Aon since 2022, most recently serving as associate director. Before joining the broker, he spent more than six years in business development roles at Marsh.

Announcing the promotion, Tan said Lee has demonstrated “strong sales leadership, relentless client focus, and the ability to connect strategy with execution,” adding that he has consistently identified and converted growth opportunities across complex risk portfolios.

Figueroa has been with Aon for more than a decade, holding a range of commercial and sales operations roles, most recently as business intelligence analyst.

Commenting on her appointment, Tan noted that Figueroa’s experience in sales operations and data-driven decision-making positions her well to support the firm’s regional growth ambitions.

The appointments continue Aon’s investment in strengthening its Asia Pacific leadership team. Earlier this month, the broker appointed Jess Kang as head of data and analytics for Asia Pacific and Matthew Chae as growth leader for life and health reinsurance in Korea.
