Marsh has named Noelene Palmer as its new chief operating officer (COO) for the Pacific region, effective immediately, the global broker announced via LinkedIn on Wednesday.
Palmer brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, strategy, claims management, risk management, and governance across Asia and the Pacific, including most recently at ASX-listed Steadfast Group, where she was also COO.
“Noelene will lead efforts to enhance operational excellence and strengthen our core systems, ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standards of service and value to our clients,” Marsh said.
Her appointment comes after a global rebrand from Marsh group this year, first announced last October, which saw parent Marsh McLennan rebrand as Marsh and several other rebrands within the group and the launch of a new technology unit.
