EDME Insurance Brokers has appointed Nitin Kumar Jain as national head of employee benefits placement, with the executive set to lead the function nationally from Delhi and deepen insurer relationships across markets.
Jain joins from Prudent Insurance Brokers, where he worked for over five years, most recently as vice president. Before that, he was a partner for employee health and benefits underwriting at SecureNow Insurance Broker.
He brings over 20 years of experience spanning insurance broking and financial services. In his new role, he will oversee EDME’s employee benefits placement business across India.
The appointment comes as EDME continues to build out its leadership team, recently naming Vinod Krishnan as global chief executive officer for treaty reinsurance.
