Aon has made two new appointments to its health solutions division, hiring Jonathan Koh and Theresa Loke in its Singapore office, the broker announced on Friday.
Koh joins Aon as a senior consultant, client relationship management and brings over 10 years of experience to the role. He joins after five years at AIA Singapore, where he was promoted to client relationship manager in 2023. He previously held similar roles at CXA Group, Mercer Singapore and United Overseas Bank.
He brings experience in employee benefits, with exposure across both broker and insurer environments. He specialises in stakeholder engagement, governance, and service excellence.
Loke also joins Aon as a senior consultant, client relationship management, bringing over 8 years of experience to the role. Before Aon, she served as client service manager for Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) for almost three years. She was also a manager at the ageing planning office of Singapore’s Health Ministry in 2022.
Loke carries a blend of private-sector benefits expertise and on-the-ground public health experience. With regional consulting exposure, she has worked closely with cross-border stakeholders to design and optimise multinational health and wellbeing programmes.
The appointments are the latest in a series of hires by Aon across the region this year. The broker named Christian Hoffman as global CEO of commercial risk, effective 1 June.
Most recently, it appointed Lily Mak as the head of client relationship management for health solutions in Singapore. She has been a part of the company since 2024.
