Specialist (re)insurance broker Miller, has announced the appointment of industry veteran William Seccombe to spearhead its Financial Lines business in Asia.
In his new role, Seccombe will be tasked with building a team of financial lines specialists in order to strengthen Miller’s product offering and reach in the region.
Prior to joining Miller, Seccombe was Regional Head of Transactional Risks at Lockton, where he played a significant part in setting up the firm’s practice in the Asia Pacific region. His roles prior to that include serving as the Managing Director and Practice Leader for Mergers & Acquisitions at JLT in Asia and Director positions at Willis and Price Forbes.
Seccombe’s diverse international experience spans continents, with stints in London, South Africa, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore.

William’s expertise across financial lines, particularly in transactional liability, will be invaluable to the team as we continue to enhance our core growth strategy to diversify by geography, product line and distribution channel.”
