Charlotte Lau is joining Sedgwick to oversee the global loss adjuster’s Customer Operations for Asia, as announced on LinkedIn by Asia CEO, Veronica Grigg.
Lau brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience across eight countries to her new role and joins from Crawford & Company, where she served as Regional Head of Operations and People for Asia.
Before her time at Crawford, Lau worked at QBE Insurance, developing her experience in roles spanning Sydney and Hong Kong from 2005 to 2021.
In her announcement, Grigg said she was thrilled to welcome Lau, adding that her expertise will support the Sedgwick team, including Stephen Kerr — Chief Operating Officer for Asia — and Nicki Dunn — the recently promoted Chief Client Officer — to enhance the loss adjuster’s dedication to customer service excellence and innovation in the region.
