Global loss adjuster Sedgwick has announced the promotion of Nicki Dunn to the position of Chief Client Officer for Asia.
Alongside Dunn, the company also appointed Irwin Wei as Manager for Data and Digital Solutions, and Kalnisha Velu as Quality Assurance and Operations Manager.
Dunn has served with Sedgwick for eight years, most recently as Head of Client Services and Third Party Administration (TPA) Development. Wei and Velu join Dunn’s team, bringing their expertise to support the development of client-focused programs.

Velu, with seven years at Sedgwick, was also recognised for her expertise in operational excellence, quality assurance, and project management.
“In Asia, we are targeting growth through differentiation, and this new client care department will align expectations, quality and data to drive mutual success,” Dunn said, commenting on her new role.
Veronica Grigg, CEO of Sedgwick Asia, added, “We are strengthening our commitment to our clients and customers with these promotions, which will leverage our local, regional and global expertise.”
She also praised Dunn’s appointment and contributions to the company, commenting “Nicki has been an outstanding supporter of our colleagues and clients. In her new role as Chief Client Officer of Asia, Nicki will lead our client team in developing programs that enhance the customer experience.”
