AXA XL on Monday (July 29) announced the promotions of Todd Wilhelm as Head of Specialty, Asia, and Guillaume Parard as Head of P&C, Asia.

Wilhelm, who joined AXA XL in 2017, is currently Head of Property & Casualty, Marine and Aerospace for Asia. He will commence his elevated role from September 1, the global (re)insurer said in a company announcement.

Wilhelm will lead the Specialty team, which includes Niche Specialty (Political Risk and Credit Bonds, Fine Arts & Specie, and Crisis Management), Marine, and Aerospace.

Parard joined AXA Group in 2014 and is the current Head of Energy & Construction. He will commence his new position in January 2025, overseeing Property, Energy, Construction (PEC), and Casualty teams across the Asia region.

He will begin a gradual transition to his new responsibilities from now until the start date, AXA XL added.
