Lockton Singapore has announced two major leadership changes as part of its strategy to drive regional growth: current Chief Executive Officer of Lockton Singapore Fred Boles will be transitioning to the role of Regional Head of Professional and Financial Risks (ProFin) and Credit for Asia, while current Chief Commercial Officer Deven Lim taking on the role Boles has vacated, effective 1st October.
In his new role, Boles will oversee ProFin services in the region, including cyber and credit risk management. He will also continue to manage key clients and initiatives in Singapore as Executive Director. He will remain on the Asia Executive Management team and the Board of Lockton Singapore.
Boles has been with Lockton Singapore since early 2020, first as a Director of Business Development and Strategy before assuming the role of CEO later that year.
Lim, who apart from being CCO, is also the Head of Corporate Risks, will assume the role of CEO following Boles’ transition. He first joined Lockton Singapore in 2015, taking on the role of Assistant Vice President for three years before a brief stint with Chubb, where he took on the role of Head of Commercial Bancassurance. In 2020, he returned to Lockton as Head of Corporate Risks.
