Mike Yao has been named as Aon’s Director, Life Insurance Analytics for Asia, Pierre Vende— APAC Life & Health Leader, Reinsurance—announced on LinkedIn.
Based in Singapore, Yao joins Aon from Pacific Life Re, where he worked for over seven years, most recently as AVP for Client Solutions.
He brings over 20 years of industry experience, working for numerous life insurers and reinsurers in Asia, including senior at New York Life Insurance in Shanghai, MetLife in Beijing, and Munich Re in Beijing and Singapore.
“Mike will further enhance our actuarial capabilities and offering to provide best in class reinsurance advice and solutions to our life & health insurance clients across Asia Pacific,” Vende said.
