Lucy Loh joins Delta Underwriting as Asia Claims Lead

Delta Underwriting has announced the appointment of Lucy Loh as Asia Claims Lead, effective from 1 January 2025.

Loh brings over 30 years of experience in claims management to the specialty managing general agent (MGA), including a multifaceted background in marine, work injury, property, casualty and accident & health claims.

Prior to Delta, Loh worked for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance as Claims Manager. In her new role, Loh will leverage her experience to “enhance Delta’s offerings and ensure that clients and partners receive the best possible support,” the MGA said in its statement.

“Lucy’s talents for developing and managing robust networks of third-party service providers and vendors further support Delta’s mission to maintain exceptional service standards,” the MGA added.

Eugene Cheong, Managing Director of Delta Underwriting, spoke of Loh’s track record, saying, “Lucy is a highly accomplished claims professional renowned for her exceptional ability and deep technical expertise, enabling her to resolve complex challenges for our insureds.”
