Renuka Nar has been appointed as Aon India’s Head of Broking, Life and Health Reinsurance Solutions, Danny Alexander—Aon’s Head of Life Reinsurance—announced on LinkedIn.
Nar joins Aon from Howden India, where she worked for over three years, most recently as its Associate President and Head of Life Reinsurance.
She brings over 26 years of industry experience, having worked in senior and leadership roles in numerous firms in India, including Kotak Mahindra Old Mutual Life Insurance, PNB Principal Insurance Advisory, Reinsurance Group of America, Star Union Dai-ichi Life, and J B Boda.
“[Nar’s] deep experience and expertise across insurance, reinsurance and broking and her intimate knowledge of the Indian market will elevate Aon’s life and health reinsurance offering to our clients,” Alexander said on the appointment.
