Takaful IKHLAS Family has appointed Wan Ahmad Najib Wan Ahmad Lotfi as its new President and CEO, effective 14 Jan. He succeeds Muhammad Fikri Mohamad Rawi in the role.
Wan Ahmad Najib joins after seven years with FWD Insurance Malaysia, where he served most recently as Chief Distribution Officer.
“The board is confident that Wan Ahmad Najib’s expertise, vision and leadership uniquely position him to steer Takaful Ikhlas Family into its next phase of growth,” says Datuk Johar Che Mat, Chairman of parent company MNRB.
“With Wan Ahmad Najib at the helm, we are optimistic about our ability to continue delivering value to our stakeholders and customers,” he added.
Wan Ahmad Najib has over 20 years of experience in the takaful and Islamic finance sectors, including roles at Malaysia National Insurance, Prudential BSN Takaful, and Great Eastern Takaful.
