FWD Group has appointed Phuong Tien Minh as the Chief Executive Officer of FWD Vietnam Life Insurance Company Limited, the business announced in a statement on LinkedIn.
Minh brings extensive experience in the financial services sector to his new role and joins from Prudential Vietnam Assurance where he served as Chief Executive Officer.
“With Minh’s deep understanding of the local market and proven leadership, I’m confident FWD is well-positioned to continue driving our customer-led and digital-first approach and help restore consumer confidence in the industry,” said Binayak Dutta, Senior Managing Director, Southeast Asia & Group Chief Business Operations Officer at FWD Group.
Minh’s career spans various leadership roles in the financial industry. He served at Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private from June 2020 to February 2025, his second stint at the business. Prior to that, he was the Country Head of Retail, Wealth and Personal Banking at HSBC Vietnam.
