Guy Carpenter has appointed Steve Warwick as Managing Director according to a LinkedIn post. Its understood Warwick will head up Guy Carpenter’s MGA operation, GC Access in APAC.
Warwick joins Guy Carpenter from Howden Tiger, where he has served as Executive Director and Head of Treaty Asia Pacific for the past three years.
He is a reinsurance veteran, having worked at RFIB and Nine Merchants as CEO, as well as at AON as CEO for Greater China for four years and Managing Director for three.
Warwick commented about the move on LinkedIn saying, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Managing Director at Guy Carpenter!”.
