Howden has named Christine Wee as its new Director of Regional Employee Benefits, Asia, the business announced on LinkedIn on Tuesday (8 July).
Wee joins from Zurich Singapore, where she most recently served as Project Lead from June 2024 to March 2025, following a brief stint at Cigna and earlier roles at Zurich.
With over 2 decades of experience in both Life and General insurance, Wee brings a “rich blend of technical expertise and market insight across local and regional APAC markets,” Howden said.
Wee’s appointment follows several leadership appointments Howden recently made. It named Edmund Arghand as the new Head of Credit, Political Risk & Surety for Asia; Hamish Ravindran as new Chief Client Officer at Howden Asia; and Roy Wong as Managing Director, Reinsurance, Hong Kong.
