Jason Mandera will be taking on a new role as President Director for Marsh Indonesia, the company said on LinkedIn on Tuesday, 8 July.
Mandera, who began his career with Marsh in 2010, has held several senior roles within the company’s Indonesian operations. His previous positions include Managing Director, Head of Specialty and Placement; Head of Sales and Specialty Products; Head of Sales; and Head of Energy.
Before joining Marsh, Mandera gained experience at PT IBS as Booking Manager and at Wachovia Bank, National Association, where he served as Financial Executive.
This appointment comes as Marsh continues to strengthen its leadership team across Asia. Recent hires include Ben MacCarthy, who returns as Insurer Consulting Group (ICG) Leader for Asia, and Astrid Suryapranata, who has been named Mercer Marsh Benefits Leader for Indonesia.
