Everest Insurance International has hired Simon Lim as its Multinational Network Manager for Asia Pacific, as announced by Tomi Latva-Kiskola, Asia Head of Insurance, on LinkedIn on Friday, 26 September.
Lim joins from AIG, where he spent nearly nine years. His prior experience includes managerial roles at Singapore Airlines and time in PwC’s Human Capital Advisory division..
Latva-Kiskola welcomed Lim, saying he will play a key role in strengthening Everest’s multinational capabilities throughout the region by providing “seamless solutions and services” to clients and partners.
The appointment follows key leadership changes within Everest’s Asia business, including the promotions of James McPartland as Head of Property in August and Himanshu Garg as Head of New Business Initiatives in June.
It also comes as the group expands its presence in the region, with the business announcing this week that Everest Re has launched in India via a new office at GIFT City.
