Andrew Minnitt has been named the Head of Aon’s operations in Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

This appointment, announced on Aon’s LinkedIn page, broadens Minnitt’s previous responsibilities as Head of Singapore and entrusts him with further oversight and responsibilities for the company’s strategic direction in the three countries.

The move comes with Aon announcing three strategic appointments as part of an internal restructuring aimed at enhancing its operational efficiency and market focus across Asia, which has led to the creation of three new sub-regions.

Along with Minntt, Darren Oliver has been appointed to head the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam, and Tracy Lee Kus has been announced as the Head of North Asia.

As part of the role change, Minnitt will become a member of the Aon Asia Pacific Executive Committee. He will continue to be based in Singapore and reports to Anne Corona, Aon’s Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific.

He will also work closely with Karl Hamann and Erik Klanderman, the respective Heads of Aon Indonesia and Aon Malaysia, to meet Aon’s objectives and enhance service delivery across the new internal sub-region.
