Aon has promoted Li Lin Kea to Head of Marine, Singapore, Marine Retail.
Kea has been with Aon for over seven years and Andrew Minnitt, Aon’s Head of Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, took to LinkedIn to announce her promotion and explain Kea’s journey with the business so far.
“Lilin joined Aon in 2016 and was responsible for driving the Singapore cargo retail business where she expanded the team and achieved successes, particularly in Stock Throughput and Global Programs.
In 2022, she shifted her focus to grow the regional cargo and logistics book in Asia,” Minnitt said, adding, “Lilin now returns to lead the marine retail team in her new role as Head of Marine for Singapore.”
Kea will bring extensive experience to her new leadership role. Her career in insurance began in 2010, shortly after completing her Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management at Bayes Business School in London. She spent six years with Talbot Underwriting before joining Aon in 2016.
