Zest Insurance, the digital platform Willis launched last year to sell business cover to Australian SMEs online, has named Natasha Golden as its head, the company said in a LinkedIn post on Wednesday.

Golden steps up from within the wider WTW group, where she most recently served as head of professions in the FINEX business. Earlier in her career, she held senior commercial insurance and client leadership roles at Aon and Marsh, advising businesses across sectors including construction, engineering, accounting, and medical and allied health.

“Having partnered with organisations of all sizes and stages, Natasha understands the real-world challenges Australian businesses face every day,” Willis said. “Her practical, client-focused approach and deep industry knowledge will help drive Zest Insurance’s mission of delivering tailored insurance solutions that support small businesses through growth, change, and uncertainty.”

Launched in June 2025, Zest is a digital platform designed for Australian SMEs, allowing them to buy, monitor, and update their insurance cover through a single platform.
