Singapore-headquartered bolttech has partnered with Trip.com to allow Hong Kong-based customers to purchase bolttech travel insurance policies directly through the Trip.com app.
The product, named ‘TravelCare’, provides single-trip and annual policies; upon purchase, policy documents are immediately available via the app.
Commenting on the partnership, Zhe Wang, the Head of Global Payments and Insurtech at Trip.com said, “Thanks to our partnership with bolttech Insurance, our customers can now plan their trips with greater peace of mind, knowing they have comprehensive travel insurance coverage.”
Echoing these sentiments, Alister Musgrave, General Manager at bolttech, said, “This partnership is aligned with our goal to enhance our partners’ offerings and provide customers with more choice, convenience and protection globally. Together, we will connect Trip.com’s customers to our flagship insurance products and ensure that they are sufficiently covered for their travels.”
‘TravelCare’ is available with immediate effect from within Trip.com’s mobile app and boltech said it plans to add home and pet insurance products soon.
