Narelle 2, Fina, and Koji were the season’s largest declared events by estimated ultimate loss, with ARPC citing complex, geographically dispersed impacts.
The state-run insurer is targeting five calamity-hit provinces, offering short-term liquidity to communities affected by floods, landslides, Typhoon Basyang, and El Niño.
The agency had also affirmed the insurer’s A+ financial strength rating for its key life/health subsidiaries, alongside affirming the parent’s “a-” issuer credit rating.
