Charlotte Lau has been promoted to the role of Regional Head of Operations and People, Asia for Crawford & Company effective from September 2023, according to a company update on LinkedIn.
In her new role, Lau will collaborate with leaders around the region to develop and implement Crawford’s strategic plan, improve customers’ experience, and identify and execute growth opportunities.
Lau previously held the position of Director of Market Development Asia at Crawford. The company acknowledged her contributions to date, stating she “established key processes and developed tools to improve our capabilities and brand,” in the role.
She joined Crawford & Co in March 2021 after a 15-year tenure at QBE across Sydney and Hong Kong. Her most recent role at QBE saw her serve in the capacity of Vice President Distribution Strategic Sales, Asia Pacific, for a period of seven and a half years.
