Lockton has appointed Victoria Yow as head of people solutions in Hong Kong, the broker announced on Monday.
Yow joins the business after over four years at Pacific Prime Insurance Brokers, where she most recently served as general manager for Hong Kong. Before that, she held senior leadership roles at Cigna, including regional and local business development roles across Asia-Pacific, and leadership roles at Mercer, Now Health International and AIA Singapore.
She brings more than 15 years of experience across employee benefits, health insurance and client advisory in Asia.
In her new role, Yow will lead Lockton’s People Solutions business in Hong Kong, working with clients on employee benefits strategies and collaborating with the broker’s regional network to support clients in Hong Kong and across Asia.

Yow’s appointment comes amid a series of senior leadership moves by Lockton across the region. Earlier this year, the broker appointed Nicholas Lee as CEO of Malaysia and Jaideep (Jay) Sharma as CEO of India. Lockton Asia also named Sandra Lee chief growth officer for risk solutions, Yuman Chan chief growth officer for people solutions, and Jeremie Deschamps regional head of cyber advisory.
