Chubb has announced key leadership appointments in its global broker division in Australia, naming Jennifer Vanek as National Strategic Relationship Manager, with John De Felice and Ryan Spettigue appointed to the newly created roles of National Relationship Managers.
Vanek has been with Chubb since 2017, having worked in roles across accounts, personal lines, and distribution. She most recently served as the Senior Global Broker Relationship Manager based in Sydney, where she developed Chubb’s value proposition and “Go-to-Market” strategies.
De Felice brings more than 20 years of experience with previous roles at insurance firms such as Combined Insurance, Allianz, Calliden Insurance, and Calibre Commercial Insurance. He joined Chubb in 2023 as a Global Broker Senior Relationship Manager.
Spettigue started at Chubb in 2014 as a casualty underwriter before becoming a Workers’ Compensation Manager in Hong Kong and then Major Accounts Division, Senior Underwriter, Casualty for Australia’s Northern Region.
“These appointments demonstrate Chubb’s depth of talent and our ongoing commitment to enhancing our service offerings for global brokers in Australia,” the business said.
