Chubb Life has appointed Kishore Motwani as head of operations, the insurer said in a LinkedIn post on Monday.

Based in Singapore, Motwani will oversee operations across markets and lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and large-scale process improvement.

He brings nearly three decades of experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, with expertise spanning international wealth operations, customer experience, risk management, and productivity transformation.

Motwani joins Chubb Life from Citi, where he spent around 15 years in multiple senior roles. Most recently, he was head of Citibank Singapore’s wealth operations and international contact centre. Prior to Citi, he was head of credit policy and analytics for retail banking at Standard Chartered in the UAE, and he also held managerial positions at American Express International.

“Kishore has a strong track record of delivering operational improvements in complex, multinational environments,” Chubb said in its post, announcing the appointment.

The appointment comes amid a series of leadership changes at Chubb Life, including the recent appointment of Dicky Lam as chief financial officer of Chubb Life Hong Kong and Jack Jiang as chief commercial officer last month.
