Global loss adjuster Crawford & Company Australia has named Mark Bossio as its new Key Account Manager.
Bossio joins from Ethos Building & Restoration, where he was Client Relationship Manager for over a year. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience, including senior roles at Zurich Insurance and AAMI.
In his new role, Bossio will manage key client accounts, drive service improvements, and ensure consistent delivery across departments. Crawford described him as having a “strategic mindset and relationship-driven approach,” with a career built on client success, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
“Mark’s appointment strengthens our Key Account Management capability with a leader who brings both experience and empathy,” said Jonathan Hubbard, President of Crawford Australia.
Bossio’s appointment follows the recent naming of Keira Blair as National Strata Operations Manager at Crawford & Company Australia.
